For only P2,000, employees from 18-60 years old are covered in one (1) year from effectivity date, with the following benefits:

• P500,000 for accidental death
• P25,000 for burial expenses
• Annual Physical Examination

A Pay Assure Card will be provided to the insured and must be presented for APE appointment, together with a  valid government ID.
